Cancellation Policy / No Show Policy
Notice of cancellation must reach the CENTRAL RESERVATION
(Telephone:+919958658472, +911140167031), Email: email@example.com and duly acknowledged by the same office 72 hours (3 days) ahead of arrival date.
If the guest failed to show-up on the arrival date (No Show) or cancellation of room reservation is done, 50% of booking advance amount will be forfeited. Guests are advised to review their occupancy dates.
Shorten Stay Policy
If guest shortens his stay, the Hotel Management will impose a 50% forfeiture of booking advance as a last-minute cancellation, and refund the balance either through cash or credit card or by check (to be sent later).
The guest shall be responsible for the replacement / reinstatement of any items damaged through misuse or other act of abuse. This shall apply whether the damage was deliberate or accidental.
